Any questions I had were answered adequately and quickly via email by the developer. The Elite Jumpers Forum provided some help and encouragement but a workout partner with which to go through the program would have been more help.

The Jump Manual program without a doubt will increase your vertical leap, if you work the system properly. Of course, if you already have a 40 inch vertical leap you may not see the guaranteed increase of 10 inches! Though targeted to basketball players, the Jump Manual would of great benefit to athletes involved in other leaping sports such and volleyball and high jump.
